Using Memecoin Roster
You must be able to enter a binding agreement and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access secure. We may limit, suspend, or close accounts that threaten members, the marketplace, or the service.
Our role
Memecoin Roster is a directory and opportunity marketplace. Providers and project owners communicate, contract, deliver work, award prizes, and pay each other directly. We do not employ providers, broker engagements, hold funds, guarantee results, verify every claim, or arbitrate commercial disputes.
Listings and communications
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, rights, deadlines, compensation details, and disclosures in anything you publish or send. Do not use the service for spam, impersonation, phishing, deceptive promotion, fake engagement, manipulation, illegal activity, or promises of guaranteed financial outcomes.
Jobs, contests, and bounties
A listing is an invitation from its owner, not a platform guarantee. Listing owners are responsible for clear eligibility rules, lawful judging, promised rewards, required disclosures, and payment. Participants must evaluate the owner and terms before doing work or spending money.
Direct transactions
Any agreement between members is solely between those members. Decide scope, ownership, payment terms, taxes, refunds, confidentiality, and dispute procedures before work begins. Memecoin Roster is not responsible for member performance, payment, content, losses, token value, or offsite activity.
Paid access and placement
Some features may require a subscription or one time payment. Prices, renewal timing, cancellation, and effective dates are shown before purchase. Paid placement is labeled and does not represent endorsement. Separate Billing Terms apply to purchases made from us.
Content and intellectual property
You keep ownership of content you submit. You give us a worldwide, nonexclusive license to host, reproduce, format, and display it as needed to operate and promote the marketplace. You must have the rights needed to submit that content. Memecoin Roster branding and software remain ours or our licensors'.
Reports and enforcement
Members can report suspected abuse. We may review content and account activity, remove listings, restrict communications, preserve evidence, or cooperate with lawful requests. Enforcement decisions may be appealed through the support process, but we are not required to mediate private business disputes.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided as available without guarantees of uptime, suitability, accuracy, income, engagement, or results. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Memecoin Roster and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, token losses, or member conduct.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the marketplace changes. Material updates will be presented for acceptance when appropriate. Continued use after an effective update means you accept the revised terms. Questions and notices can be sent through Support.
