Information we use
Memecoin Roster uses account identity, profile details, job posts, applications, messages, ratings, notification preferences, and limited billing references to operate the marketplace. Public profile and job information is visible to visitors. Private messages and account controls are limited to authorized participants and operators who need access for safety or support.
Marketplace analytics
We measure listing appearances, profile and job views, saves, inquiries, invitations, applications, and confirmed engagements. A first-party visitor token helps prevent repeated refreshes from inflating these totals. Reports show aggregate activity to listing owners and do not reveal visitor identities. We do not store an IP address or browser fingerprint with marketplace analytics events.
Google Analytics is optional and loads only after you choose to allow it. You can reopen Privacy choices from the footer at any time. Essential cookies support sign-in, security, referrals, preferences, and abuse prevention.
Invitations and activation
Invitation links record aggregate visits and connect a resulting account to the member who shared the link. A first-party invitation cookie lasts up to thirty days. We record account setup, profile publication, job publication, and membership activation so marketplace operators can understand where onboarding succeeds or stalls.
Service providers
Clerk provides authentication, Stripe processes membership payments, Resend delivers transactional email, Google Analytics measures site usage, and browser push services deliver optional notifications. These providers receive the information needed to perform their role.
Payment information
Stripe collects and processes card and billing information. Memecoin Roster stores customer, subscription, price, status, and renewal references, but does not store full payment card numbers.
Safety and retention
We may retain marketplace activity, reports, billing records, and security evidence when needed to prevent abuse, resolve support issues, meet legal obligations, or protect members. Blocking a conversation prevents new contact between that account pair.
Your controls
Members can edit their profile, control notification channels, archive or mute conversations, remove push devices, export their account data, close their account, and manage provider billing through Stripe.
